Pricing questions
Is LOLA free at the moment?
Yes. LOLA is free during early access. Every company will get at least 60 days' notice, with the final prices, before any charge starts.
Do my clients have to pay?
No. Duty holders open their records through a private link at no cost and without an account.
How is LOLA priced?
One plan per company: £45 a month, or £450 a year paid annually (£37.50 a month). That includes one examiner. Each additional examiner is £10 a month, or £8 a month on annual billing.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate on each invoice.
What counts as an examiner?
Anyone in your company who carries out and signs thorough examinations. Colleagues who only view records or manage the account are free.
Can I add or remove examiners?
Yes, at any time. Your bill changes from the next billing date.
Can I leave and take my records?
Yes. Export everything at any time. If you close your company account, you have 30 days to export before anything is deleted.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Monthly is £45 a month and you can cancel any time. Annual is £450 paid up front for the year, which works out at £37.50 a month and saves £90. Additional examiners drop from £10 to £8 a month on annual billing.
